Closeout & Occupancy

• Maintain a punch list of items that are incomplete or have been performed unsatisfactorily. Ensure that appropriate contractor has timely resolution and compliance.

 

• Coordinate startup, commissioning and training as required for new equipment.

 

• Coordinate furniture, fixtures and equipment delivery and assembly

 

• Coordinate Staff and student move-in

 

• Mitigate and mediate all disputes on the interpretation of contract documentation, specifications, drawings, and submittals, between, contractor and District.

 

• Compile as-built drawings and warranty information from the contractor for final delivery to District.

 

• Coordinate Project Closeout with Division of State Architect (DSA)
