Principal

Jaime brings proven leadership and management experience in the California K-14 construction industry. Jaime has been an integral part of managing more than $2.5 billion dollars in educational construction initiatives throughout the state.

 

Jaime is a visionary manager that is continually placing student performance as the driver of facility design and construction. A 2010 honoree of San Diego Metropolitan Magazine’s “40 under 40”, Jaime works tirelessly to positively impact the lives of the people around him. 

 

Jaime holds a Master of Construction Management degree from the NewSchool of Architecture and Design in San Diego, CA. He has an Architecture degree from the ITESM in Monterrey, Mexico, is an AIA International Associate and a LEED Accredited Professional.

Thomas Brown

Project Executive

Tom has over 30 years of experience in educational facilities design, construction, and operations. Tom is a California licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer holding related degrees, licenses, and certifications.

 

His areas of expertise are in all aspects of facilities design, construction, program and project management / administration, and facilities operations. Tom has performed key administrative and management oversight roles on hundreds of millions of dollars of complex building and infrastructure design, construction, and / or renovation projects, as well as operational responsibilities for the same.

 

Tom played a key role in the successful recovery and rebuilding of CSUN after the 1994 Northridge earthquake. Tom has also been a leading driver of alternate energy systems installations within the CSU system having installed through his unique in-house design build process 692kW of Photovoltaic power, the first 1 mega-watt fuel cell power plant installation at any College or University in the world.

Michael Terry

Michael is a seasoned educational construction project executive with over 25 years of experience in K-12 and Community College Districts. Michael has been the Lead Project Architect managing and collaborating on multi-campus master plans, developing design standards and construction administration. His planning and programming approach maximizes educational opportunities to enable diverse students, of all backgrounds, to excel in education. 

Michael has designed and managed construction of educational projects totaling over $450 million dollars. His work has received recognition in various architectural and trade publications. He is a leading advocate of coordinating educational curriculum in the planning, design, and construction of classrooms, media spaces, and large presentation spaces. 

Michael holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He is a California Licensed Architect and extensively trained in BIM document management.
